We are currently seeing phishing emails in circulation that appear to be from INWX. These emails often contain payment requests and links that attempt to solicit personal or financial information. For your safety, we strongly advise that all payments be made exclusively through our secure customer area. Please note that INWX will never send direct links for payment via email.
If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from us, please forward it to abuse@inwx.com. Our team will take the necessary steps to address these fraudulent sites.
To further secure your account from unauthorized access, we recommend enabling our Mobile TAN two-factor authentication. Mobile TAN provides an additional layer of security to help protect your data and transactions.
